I have not coached before, so how will I talk to my team?

Coaching doesn't give the answers –– it guides the learner through the process of finding their own realizations. Laura will equip you with the tools to develop coaching conversations.

What do I get with the program?
You have access to a series of 10 microlearnings and a toolkit that outlines a thinking process that you can use on the job to address challenges within your team.

If I am stuck, can I connect with Laura Goodrich for help?
Yes, you can access Laura Goodrich's live Remote Leadershift sessions and she is available for coaching and advising for your organization.

What if I am not satisfied with the program?
