Creating a mindset for change is a process that moves individuals from being unconscious and reactionary to creative and intentional. This shift in mindset is needed for people to focus on positive outcomes and change. This process will give you the tools you need to maintain a positive mindset and change behavior.
Creating a Mindset for Change will go through the process of
gradually shifting our minds to make room for change.
So how do we do this?
Our very own process of coaching and microlearnings, are designed to spark this shift through spaced learning. These microlearnings take the form of bite-sized videos designed to refocus awareness on positive outcomes.
But regardless of what we offer, remember that it starts with you, the user. The change is
personal. It is a coaching process meant to connect the lessons learned on the job by the user.
Instead of a program that tells you how to act, our cinematic microlearning technique uses
stories to illustrate a point and connect that point to the audience’s own experiences.

Coaching and Advising
Users connect in a virtual group session and have access to Laura Goodrich for a series of 30-minute sessions over the 90-day process to share lessons on how to mitigate team challenges.
Microlearning
Users engage in weekly video microlearning lessons to study, review, and share with their team. The process comes with a toolkit on steps to shift your mindset.

How will I change my mindset with this program?
You will be introduced to a series of video microlearnings as a spaced learning model – the recommendation is to view one microlearning a week – and over this period of time, you will move from unconsciously focusing on what you are trying to avoid to an intentional focus on what you want.
How is this learning program different from other online programs
The microlearnings in this program are designed on the basis of a coaching philosophy. We not to tell people how to act and, instead, ask them what they think and urge them to use the lesson in their everyday work and life.
How are these microlearning videos different from other videos?
Our microlearnings are bite-sized videos that use powerful filmmaking and storytelling methods to create a program that maximizes emotional impact and information retention. Instead of a program that tells you how to act, our microlearnings uses stories to illustrate a point and connect that point to the audience’s own experiences.
