Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/GWTNext/ I was about to ask you a final question about your project have time for one more shoot if you could see six months into your future describe what the successful completion of your project would look like okay i'll be honest i see myself at a virtual book debut and my family and friends are there but there are so many business contacts because they've heard about my project and they're interested in my books hardcover and oh i see that my book is called pat the cat pat is a therapy cat for a depressed widower by the way it's based on a true story thank you marilyn that is so helpful if i heard you right you want to have a virtual book debut for your published book titled pat the cat love that by the way for family friends and business associates are there on zoom and the first printing will be hardcover yes oh and this just occurred to me i'd like the book launch to coincide with my birthday which is in six months perfect oh i'm so excited you can only learn by listening and then reflecting back what you've heard reflective listening is one of the most important skills in the coaching conversation the reflective listener hears a message and then reflects back in a here's what i heard or let me repeat that back to you type of statement reflective listening also lets you check for clarity ensures mutual understanding and enables a team member to more clearly articulate ideas the result of the coaching conversations is a stronger relationship the main ingredient of great leadership.
